Abstract submission process

Submission

Abstracts can be edited until the submission deadline. To edit an abstract, log into the site and go to My Abstracts and click on ‘edit’ next to the corresponding abstract. Make sure to save the changes.

Abstracts cannot be edited after the submission deadline. In case an abstract needs to be edited after this date, contact info [at] mirrorsmed [dot] org to see if we can assist you.

Review

Each abstract submitted before the deadline, will be reviewed by our scientific team. A selection of the abstracts will be reviewed and scored by the organising committee. The average of all ratings will determine the top abstracts.

Within one month after the submission deadline, the submitting author will be notified, at the email address provided during submission, whether their abstract has been accepted or not. The top 3 abstract submitters will receive a separate email at a later stage.

If you need to withdraw your abstract, a written statement describing the reasons for the withdrawal must be sent to info [at] mirrorsmed [dot] org

Publication

Accepted posters will be published on the website and will be visible for all website visitors.
The accepted abstracts will also be published in an abstract book, which will be distributed onsite at the congress.
